Can’t Sleep? This Plant Helps Against Insomnia
Scientists have once again confirmed that hops help against insomnia. That includes beer but in moderate quantities.
When it comes to beer and better sleeping, science agrees with tradition. Clinical trials show that hops shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and improve sleep quality better than placebo or some sleeping pills.
Since ancient times, hop is used to treat mental disorders, insomnia, and stomach cramps. Anyone who has a problem with insomnia, should take 300 to 600 mg of herbal preparation of hops 45 minutes before going to sleep, and also will help the mixture containing valerian or passionflower.
However, experts warn that, given that the hops could increase the level of estrogen, women with breast cancer should avoid it.
